YES! We understand that even a solo artist might use different pick gauges in different situations - so you can definitely mix up your gauges in all EGOpicks orders. Just let us know in the 'Special Requests' area when filling out the order form.

YES! If your artwork will stand out on more than one pick color, by all means - go for it!  You can choose up to 3 pick colors within a set. Just let us know in the 'Special Requests' area on the order form.

Unfortunately the answer to this one is no. Each shape that you need must be ordered separately. We can not print different pick shapes at the same time, so there's just too much extra set-up time involved for multiple shapes within a set.

For the best possible print results, we recommend using artwork files with high resolution, clean crisp lines, and reasonably sized text.
Remember that a guitar pick is only 1 inch wide. What might look awesome on something as large as a t-shirt, may not work so well for a guitar pick. It’s a great idea to try shrinking your artwork down to one inch wide, and printing it out on your home printer.  
Does it look good? Can you tell what it is? Can you read the text? If you’re still unsure, don’t worry! We carefully review each and every design that’s submitted, so if we have any concerns about your artwork we will  let you know before we print anything, and make some suggestions.

The inks that we use are extremely durable, however, you may experience some wear in areas where the strings come into contact with the pick.   To reduce ink-wear while playing as much as possible, we recommend using designs that stay away from the lower edges of the picks.

SURE! Although we don’t claim to be ‘professional’ designers, we have managed to come up with some pretty clever and creative designs for many of our customers over the years. If you have a basic idea, we would be more than happy to try to come up with something that might suit your needs.

Easy peasy! Just pry apart the triangular pinch bail that is attaching the pendant to the chain - just enough so that you can remove the pendant. (We use small needle-nose pliers).
Replace the pick, and re-attach the pinch bail by squeezing it back onto the pendant.

YES! We can do single-color or full-color artwork on your drumsticks.

Unfortunately the answer to this one is no.

Our inks are extremely durable, however, like anything else that experiences the kind of hands-on treatment that drumsticks endure, it’s likely that you will eventually experience some degree of ink-wear.

To be honest, we have never found much of a need for listing a phone number. The custom guitar pick and drum stick business is very ‘visual’. When we interact with our customers about their orders, we often send photos, graphics and digital mock-ups to assist them – so it’s just easier to communicate via email.

EGOpicks is definitely a one-woman show, but I use plural pronouns for 2 main reasons.

1) 'Me' and 'I' sounds way too lonely and self-absorbed.
2) The plural pronouns definitely incorporate my family - who are always ready and willing to step in and help me out when things get really busy.
