Customized EGOpicks Sets
Do you have other gauges of picks besides the .81mm?
No, we only use the .81mm premium celluloid picks at this time. Start with a small quantity order to see if you like them! You might be pleasantly surprised at how they feel! Many have made the switch from their usual thicknesses, and say they’ll never go back!
Can I choose more than one EGOpicks Image for my set?
No —sorry! Our main reason behind offering small quantities is to make it affordable to order more than one set! If you’re looking for more variety within a set, one of our EGOpicks Collections might be the perfect solution!
Can I choose more than one Imprint Color for my set?
No —sorry again! Take advantage of our small quantities that we offer and get a few different sets made up, so you can “express yourself” in as many ways as you want!
Can I choose more than one Pick Color for my set?
You bet! You can mix and match as many of our pick colors as you want to make up the quantity of your set. Just remember to choose pick colors that will all contrast with your chosen imprint color.
Custom Logos & Designs
Can you put my logo on guitar picks?
Yes, we can put your band, company or personal logo onto guitar picks, however we would need to have your special logo or image made into a metal die (like a rubber stamp) which is then used to imprint the image onto your picks. For more information on this, visit our Custom Logos page.
Does EGOpicks offer a logo design service?
We do not have a ‘professional’ logo design service, but we have designed logos for others in the past. If you have an idea, we would be more than happy to try to come up with something that might suit your needs. If your vision is beyond OUR capabilities, we will let you know, and refer you to our wonderful graphic/web designer, who would certainly be able to create something amazing for you.
Can I have my multi-color logo put on guitar picks?
90% of the time, the answer to this question is “no”. Due to the imprinting method that we use to customize guitar picks, we can only print one color at a time. Your logo can be printed in any one of our imprint colors, onto any of our pick colors, so there are still many color combinations that can be done to suit your personal color scheme. Every now and then, we do come across a customer logo that will work with 2 colors. However, this service does result in more work and therefore, an additional charge is necessary. How long does it take to have a Custom Die made?
In order to offer this service at reasonable prices, we like to accumulate several Custom Die orders, and submit them to our ‘die-maker’ at the same time. We currently place a die order once every 3-5 weeks. Once the order is submitted to the die-maker, it takes approximately 7-10 business days to have them ready to print up your guitar picks.
Shipping & Handling
How will my order be shipped?
All EGOpicks orders are carefully packaged in sturdy bubble envelopes, and shipped using Canada Post’s Light Packet service.
Will I get a tracking number when my order is shipped?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer the type of shipping service that provides a tracking number. We have found that the cheapest shipping method that provides a tracking number costs more than the majority of our customers are willing to pay.
How long will it take to receive my EGOpicks order?
We do our absolute best to get all orders done and shipped out within 5-7 days of a cleared payment. (Custom Logo picks take a bit longer) Once mailed, orders can take anywhere from 4-14 business days to reach any given destination worldwide.
What is the cost of shipping & handling?
Shipping and Handling charges are as follows:

How do I order?
Look for the Add to Cart buttons at the bottom of each product page. Clicking on the button for the product that you are wanting to buy will add that particular item to your cart. When you are done shopping, click on the view cart button to continue on through the checkout process. Remember to read through the product pages carefully so you can correctly determine your “design elements” for each item —which you will need to type into the ‘Add Special Instructions to Merchant’ box during the PayPal checkout process. It helps if you have all of your chosen design elements written down on a piece of paper before you begin the checkout process.
I can’t find where to type in my Design Information/Order Details!
When you are on the ‘Review your payment’ checkout page, you will see a link that says ‘Add special instructions to merchant’. Just click on that link, and a text box will pop up where you can enter all of your design information.
