Custom Logos & Designs
Can you put my logo on guitar picks?
Yes, we can put your band, company or personal logo onto guitar picks, however we would need to have your special logo or image made into a metal die (like a rubber stamp) which is then used to imprint the image onto your picks. For more information on this, visit our Custom Guitar Picks page.
Does EGOpicks offer a logo design service?
We do not have a ‘professional’ logo design service, but we have designed logos for others in the past. If you have an idea, we would be more than happy to try to come up with something that might suit your needs.
Can I have my multi-color logo put on guitar picks?
90% of the time, the answer to this question is “no”. Due to the imprinting method that we use to customize guitar picks, we can only print one color at a time. Every now and then, we do come across a customer logo that will work with 2 colors by layering one imprint color over another. This 2-color service does result in more work and therefore, an additional charge is necessary. You can email us for more information.
How long does it take to have a Custom Die made?
In order to offer this service at reasonable prices, we have to accumulate several Custom Die orders, and submit them to our ‘die-maker’ at the same time. We currently place a die order on the 1st and 15th of each month. Once the order is submitted to the die-maker, it takes about a week before the dies are here and ready for use.
Shipping & Handling
How long will it take to receive my EGOpicks order?
When you order from EGOpicks, you can be sure that we will do our very best to get your order completed as quickly as possible. Blank Guitar Picks, Emergency Pick Accessories and Etsy purchases will usually ship within 48 hours of a received payment.
First-time orders of Custom Guitar Picks can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks for production and delivery, but re-orders will normally ship within 7 days.
Once mailed, orders can take anywhere from 4-14 business days to reach any given destination worldwide.
Can you do rush orders?
We highly prefer to have 4-6 weeks to get your first-time order to you in case we run into problems. On occasion, we will receive defective dies from our die-maker, and that can set us back an extra week to have them re-made and sent out to us again.
What is the cost of shipping & handling?
Shipping charges for Custom Guitar Picks and Custom Band Merch varies depending on quantity, location and the method of shipping you’d like to use. Feel free to email us with your postal code or zip code, and we will get back to you with shipping options to your area.
For all items on the website that have an ‘Add to Cart’ button, Shipping and Handling charges will be automatically applied as follows:

How will my order be shipped?
All EGOpicks orders are carefully packaged in sturdy bubble envelopes. Orders are shipped using Canada Post’s Light Packet service unless another delivery method is either requested by the customer, or recommended by EGOpicks.

How do I become an EGOmaniac?

Why do you no longer offer 25 pc. sets of custom guitar picks?
Due to rising costs for materials, as well as the time it takes to process an order from ‘enquiry to delivery’, unfortunately it is just no longer feasible to offer the 25 pc. quantity. We realize that the 25 pc. set was a popular quantity for gift-giving, so keep an eye on the home page around the holidays … we just might consider throwing up a limited-time 25 pc. special.
